Our 120-Day Performance Guarantee applies:

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed number or quality of leads within 120 days, you may request a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@vistaestate.us within the guarantee period.
  • “Change of mind” refunds are not permitted.
  • Leads already delivered that meet agreed criteria are non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Resell, redistribute, or misuse leads provided.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

8. Intellectual Property

1. Service Commitment

We are confident in the quality of our lead generation and marketing services, and we are committed to delivering measurable value to your business.

To ensure the best possible experience, we require a minimum engagement period of 90 days. This allows us to implement, optimize, and demonstrate results effectively.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if, during the initial 90-day period:

  • You experience six (6) or more invalid leads (e.g., incorrect name, number, location, or duplicate entries)
  • OR
  • You receive no leads at all

If these conditions are met, you may request a refund by submitting an email to support@vistaestate.us after completing the 90-day period. We will review your request and process eligible refunds promptly.

3. Important Notes

  • “Change of mind” is not a valid reason for a refund.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the initial 90-day period has ended.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any third-party transaction fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) may be deducted from the refund amount as per their policies.
