1. Service Commitment & Minimum Term
Vista Estate provides premium lead generation and marketing services for licensed real estate professionals.
All service engagements require a minimum commitment of 90 days (3 months).
Certain subscription packages may require a minimum term of 180 days (6 months), which is disclosed at sign-up.
The minimum service period is necessary for setup, optimization, and fair evaluation of campaign performance.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
The minimum engagement period has been completed.
You have received six (6) or more invalid leads during the service period (examples: incorrect contact details, out-of-area prospects, or clear duplicates).
Or, you received no qualified leads during the service period.
Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@vistaestate.us.
Requests must be received within 14 days after completion of the minimum service period.
Refunds are processed only after a review of lead delivery, campaign performance, and client cooperation during the period.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted in cases where:
Services are canceled before the minimum service period.
A client changes business strategy or decides they “no longer need the service.”
Client fails to respond to communications, misses follow-ups, or provides inaccurate targeting/licensing details.
Leads were delivered that matched agreed targeting criteria, regardless of whether they converted into closed transactions.
4. Dispute Resolution
We encourage all clients to resolve billing concerns directly with Vista Estate.
Clients agree to contact our support team before pursuing external remedies.
Initiating a bank dispute or chargeback without giving Vista Estate a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter may delay resolution and could result in suspension of services.
We are committed to working with our clients to resolve any billing concerns quickly and fairly. While clients always retain their rights to dispute a payment through their bank, contacting Vista Estate first usually results in a faster and smoother resolution.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Refund amounts may exclude non-refundable third-party transaction fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or other gateway charges), in accordance with their policies.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure fair assessment of refund eligibility, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information (business details, licensing, and targeting criteria).
Respond promptly to communications during the service period.
Avoid actions that negatively impact campaign results (e.g., delayed lead follow-ups).
7. Policy Updates
We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
