While we strive to provide accurate and intent-verified leads, we do not guarantee conversions, closings, or revenue.
3. Eligibility & Licensing
You must hold a valid real estate license in your jurisdiction to receive leads or referrals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining licensing requirements and providing accurate business details.
Vista Estate reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if your license is invalid, expired, or under review.
4. Account Registration & Security
Certain features may require account registration. By registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately at support@vistaestate.us
if you suspect unauthorized access.
Vista Estate is not responsible for any losses due to compromised accounts.
5. Payments & Fees
All fees and pricing will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Refund Policy & Minimum Commitment
All refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy (available separately on our website).
By using our Services, you acknowledge:
A minimum service period of 90 days applies to all agreements.
“Change of mind” or lack of conversion results is not grounds for refund or chargeback.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@vistaestate.us
within the timelines stated in the Refund Policy.
Clients agree not to file chargebacks or disputes with payment processors. Doing so violates these Terms and may result in service termination and collection action.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Resell, redistribute, or misuse lead data.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code.
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our systems.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials provided by Vista Estate are owned by Tritanium Global LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without prior written permission.
9. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, feedback, or testimonials, you grant Vista Estate a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that your submissions do not infringe the rights of third parties.

You are solely responsible for verifying lead accuracy before acting on it.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vista Estate, its owners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Before initiating legal action or payment disputes, you must notify us at legal@vistaestate.us
and allow 30 days for resolution.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
